About our Instructor Robin
Robin has been involved in dance fitness for 20 years. She began taking different styles of dance including African and Belly dance. She took her first Zumba class in 2010 and loved it. She finally became a Zumba instructor in 2019. She strives to make her classes fun and enjoyable at the same time they provide a great way to get a cardio workout and improve muscle tone. Although many people are worried they won't be able to do the "dance" workout, she will show you that these classes are for all fitness levels and dance abilities. No previous dance training is needed.
